- Yes. Single invoice to your AP team covering lodging, meals, marina activities, working-space booking. Net-30 terms after the first retreat. Tell us the right billing contact + PO number on the inquiry form.
- Is the WiFi actually good?
- Yes — WiFi in every cabin and across the property. If your team needs guaranteed bandwidth for something specific, tell us and we'll confirm before you book.
- Can you handle dietary restrictions + a custom menu?
- Yes. The Steakhouse will build a menu against any headcount + dietary requirements + budget — vegetarian, gluten-free, kosher, halal, allergies. Send the list with the inquiry; we quote against the actual menu, not a generic per-head.
- What if the team is mixed — some want the boat, some don't?
- That's most teams. Friday-afternoon cruise is opt-in for those who want it. Same time-slot we run the pontoon + 'go for a walk on Long Lake' for the rest. Saturday afternoon everyone reconverges for dinner. No one's forced onto the boat.
- Can we run this as an off-site for just leadership (5–10) instead of the whole team?
- Yes — a small leadership group is one of the easier bookings we do. Cabins for the sleeping side, the Party Room for the working sessions, the Steakhouse for dinner. Quieter, more intimate, same property.
