- How many guests can you seat?
- 60–120 seated for a plated dinner in the Steakhouse with patio overflow. Larger headcounts work outdoor / tented — ask for Teasha.
- Do you handle the bar?
- Yes. The Steakhouse and Hemingway's both run full bars. We'll quote an open or hosted bar package against your headcount.
- Can we do the ceremony outdoors?
- Yes — on the dock, the patio, or the lawn between the Steakhouse and the lake. Indoor rain plan included.
- How far in advance do you book?
- Saturday weddings in June, July, August book 8–14 months out. Off-season (May, September, October) opens up 3–4 months out.
